University Special Collections & Archives
The University Special Collections & Archives are housed in the basement of Axe Library, but assist researchers from all over the world.
Appointments are not required, but strongly encouraged, so they can get your research materials ready in advance.
They are known for their:
- Haldeman-Julius Collection of personal papers and publications
- Congressman Joseph Skubitz papers
- Eva Jessye Collection
- Tri-State Lead and Zinc Producers Association papers
- Jefferson Highway Association Collection

Special Collections & Archives are generally open:
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Lunch break 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM
They invite you to Plan a Visit with them!
